Director
A trained joiner and experienced shopfitter, Jonny Blurton began his career with Thomas Johnston, progressing from apprenticeship to managing large-scale commercial projects across hotels, bars and blue-chip banks. At 22, he went self-employed, focusing on kitchens, bathrooms and small builds - before opening his first workshop in Dalkeith. Now co-leading Lorimer & Kellie, Jonny brings deep hands-on expertise, a progressive mindset and a drive to deliver exceptional joinery for architects and interior designers across the UK.

With a hands-on mechanical and electrical background and a lifelong entrepreneurial drive, Mark Ivinson brings practical skill, financial acumen and creative vision to Lorimer & Kellie. From early property renovations to founding the business alongside lifelong friend Jonny in 2013, Mark has helped guide the company’s evolution - from modest beginnings to a high-growth workshop known for its bespoke craftsmanship. He now leads on estimating, finance and marketing, shaping the studio’s identity and future direction.
